Resourceful Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to provide critical planning, scheduling, and performance insight to help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on time.

As a key member of the Project Controls team, you’ll play an integral role in supporting Project Managers and Engineers to plan, monitor, and optimise project delivery schedules. Working across a portfolio of infrastructure projects, you’ll apply strong analytical capability and planning discipline to ensure the program remains on track and aligned with organisational objectives.

The role:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from initiation through to delivery.
• Manage baseline schedules and re-baselining where project changes occur.
• Conduct critical path and dependency analysis to identify schedule risks and opportunities.
• Perform earned value analysis to monitor performance and forecast progress.
• Ensure schedule quality, logic, and alignment with established project controls frameworks.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to optimise resourcing, sequencing, and milestone achievement.
• Provide regular schedule performance reports and insights to project leadership.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience scheduling complex infrastructure or utilities projects.
• Strong skills in MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience in critical path, dependency and earned value analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP Project Systems or similar tools is advantageous.
