Our client, a large complex organisation within the Utilities sector, are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to start for their Azure Consumption Project.

The Project Manager will responsible for the successful delivery of two projects:

• Azure Consumption project – Manage the transition to Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM), including the consolidation and transition of Power BI and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to Azure Fabric.
• Power Platform Pilot project - Manage the initial implementation of the Power Platform including foundational governance, ideation workshops with the business, and development of 2 automations.

This role involves contributing to all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for the two projects. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors, this role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. You will achieve this by applying best practices in project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder communication that align with the organisations objectives and business requirements.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience with Environment Compliance, Data and Analytics, Microsoft Azure and/or Power Platform highly regarded.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, vendor management and handling multiple projects.
• Ability to lead project teams, optimise resources, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Work well with business stakeholders to support implementation/rollout.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
