As Centre Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of warmth, excellence, and belonging.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and empower your team to deliver exceptional early learning experiences

Champion a culture built on kindness, respect, and collaboration

Build genuine relationships with families and the local community

Ensure programs reflect curiosity, creativity, and the Early Years Learning Framework

Oversee operations with a focus on quality, compliance, and care

What You’ll Bring:

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
✔ Proven leadership experience (Centre Manager or 2IC)
✔ Deep knowledge of EYLF, NQS & National Regulations
✔ Strong communication, organisation, and mentoring skills
✔ Current Blue Card & First Aid (or ability to obtain)
