A confident, self-motivated BDM or Account Executive who knows how to spot opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive long-term growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Sydney Metro and Central Coast region.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — production, technical, and customer service — to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide accurate quotes, proposals, and strategic insights to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay across market trends and competitor activity to position the business for continued success.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within labels, packaging, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and building from the ground up.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and genuinely passionate about delivering quality and value to clients.
