Jenny’s Worknet Services helps operations-heavy businesses in food production and aged care keep running smoothly by providing reliable workforce solutions.
We’re active in meat processing and expanding into poultry, mushroom production, and aged-care facilities.

Our Zoho CRM already contains hundreds of qualified leads across Australia — we’re looking for a motivated B2B Salesperson to turn those leads into clients.

The Opportunity

This role suits a proactive, independent seller who enjoys variety and real autonomy.
You’ll work the entire B2B sales cycle — prospect, meet, propose, and close — supported by both technology and people:

Hybrid work: operate from Adelaide or Melbourne, with flexible office/home mix

Prospect from prepared lists (calls, email, LinkedIn)

Book and run meetings — both virtual and onsite (occasional travel)

Build proposals and close deals

Keep your pipeline current in Zoho CRM

From Day One you’ll receive coaching from an experienced industry leader, plus full-time support from a Sales Support Officer who manages CRM data, admin, and follow-up tasks — so you can focus on selling.

What You’ll Bring

1+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing, food, or aged-care industries ideal)

Confidence with outreach and relationship-building

Strong follow-through and organisation

CRM experience (Zoho preferred)

Current driver’s licence and full Australian work rights

Nice to Have

Contacts in meat, poultry, mushroom, or aged-care sectors

Understanding of HACCP, compliance, or procurement processes

Experience visiting or selling to production facilities
