Join a design-led property developer with a strong pipeline of premium mixed-use and residential projects across Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Development Manager to play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of landmark developments.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with senior team members to support projects from acquisition through to completion. This role offers exceptional exposure to every stage of the development lifecycle from feasibilities, design management, authority approvals, and project delivery, through to marketing, sales and settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with due diligence, feasibility studies, and project briefs for new acquisition opportunities.
• Support in preparing and managing consultant appointments and coordination during design and delivery stages.
• Assist with planning submissions, financial reporting, and project forecasting.
• Contribute to design-led project outcomes by collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Support marketing, sales and leasing activities, including agent briefings, purchaser coordination, and settlement processes.
• Maintain strong communication with consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders to drive project outcomes.

About You

• Degree-qualified in Property, Commerce, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in property development or a related field.
• Exposure to feasibility analysis, authority approvals, and project delivery processes.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn from experienced senior leaders.
