About the role
The Oral Health Therapist – Graduate delivers high-quality oral health services across Metro North Health as part of a multidisciplinary team. This role provides clinical care, professional development, and support for oral health service delivery in community and hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe and effective clinical services across a variety of caseloads, applying professional and ethical standards.
• Develop clinical judgment and problem-solving skills, progressively increasing autonomy with experience.
• Work cooperatively within the School Dental Service and with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Accurately record patient interactions and workload data to support service analysis and quality improvement.
