About your role

As a Physiotherapist within the Community Services Team, you'll deliver person-centred care and rehabilitation to patients in their community setting. You'll be part of an interprofessional team, supporting recovery and improving quality of life.

In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, patient education, and discharge planning.
• Manage a caseload with increasing independence, supported by senior staff.
• Collaborate with patients, families, carers, and other health professionals to achieve holistic care.
• Contribute to clinical education and supervise students and support staff.
• Participate in service improvement, research, and quality activities.

About you

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist who thrives in a team environment and is committed to patient-centred care.

You will bring:

• A recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care in a community or hospital setting.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage your caseload effectively with sound clinical judgement.
• Willingness to contribute to student supervision and professional development.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality health outcomes.
• Commitment to work all shifts in accordance with unit hours of 7am to 7pm, across seven days, including public holidays.
