Southside restaurant is looking for experienced Manager to join our team at one of Queensland's most highly regarded restaurants.

We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our guests, offering over 170 wines by the bottle, craft cocktails, and a Asian inspired menu designed to share.

This is a service based role, including nights from Tuesday - Sunday. Your focus will be coordinating our Events & Functions offering whilst also supervising our daily restaurant operations.

On a daily basis, you will be:

Coordinating our Events & Functions offering

Hands on restaurant service

Liaising with guests & VIP clients

Managing private dining room reservations

When it comes to Events, you will be:

Carrying out all detailed requirements as per the event run-sheet

Liaising with the client directly, being their venue point of contact from start to finish on the event day

Working with each internal department to ensure a highly successful event is delivered

When it comes to Restaurant Service, you will be:

Hosting or section waiting

Managing VIP or private dining room guests

Supervising the opening and closing of the venue

Being a general support person for the venue management team

This is a fulltime opportunity however we are open to a casual contract as well.
