We’re on the lookout for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold the level of service Elsie is known for.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and motivating a small, close-knit front-of-house team

Managing a small bar and Australian wine program

Driving a culture of warm, genuine service

Overseeing daily operations — from reservations to floor management

Working closely with the Head Chef and owners to ensure smooth service

Managing rosters, stock control, and basic admin

About You

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in a restaurant management or senior FOH role

Strong communication and leadership skills

A calm, professional approach under pressure

Genuine passion for good food, great wine, and true hospitality

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
