About the Role
Are you an administration all-rounder? If yes, we want you to join the friendly team at PPK Mining Equipment as our new Operations Administration Officer. The position is diverse administrative role that’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on multiple tasks at one time. As part of our Tomago, NSW based team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations, interact with various internal and external customers to ensure every “I” is dotted and ensure records are accurate and in order. Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Operations and Engineering departments.
· Deliver general administrative support across PPK Mining Equipment as a whole.
· Manage and archive completed operational project files and documentation.
· Assist with reception duties including answering phone enquiries and greeting visitors.
· Perform general office tasks including documentation, filing, and handling postage.
· Reconcile monthly credit card statements for department managers.
· Enter timesheet data accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain the uniform register and manage allocations.
· Assist with facility management, including compliance with fixed asset requirements.
· Coordinate motor vehicle needs such as registrations, servicing and repairs.
· Manage tool calibration schedules and update relevant registers.
· Support the tracking and reporting of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
· Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by your supervising manager.
Successful Candidates Will Have
· Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
· Confident working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
