Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Senior Security Officer to lead safety operations at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As Senior Security Officer, you’ll ensure the safety and security of guests, team members, and property. You will guide the security team in upholding safety protocols and respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies.

What will you do?

• Lead proactive patrols across the casino, hotel, and resort to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Review and assess incident reports to identify risks, resolve hazards, and support continuous improvement
• Uphold compliance with Federal and Territory legislation through consistent and professional execution of duties
• Respond swiftly to first aid calls, providing calm and capable support in emergency situations

More about you

• Proven experience in security operations and team leadership across dynamic environments
• Calm, decisive approach to emergency situations with a focus on safety and control
• Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights and weekends
• Security License and Crowd Control License issued by the NT Government
• First Aid certificate, CPR certificate, Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, Responsible Service of Gambling certificate, and Casino Operative Licence is required
