As a Dealer, you will be responsible for facilitating casino table games, ensuring fair play, exceptional guest service, and compliance with gaming regulations. What will you do?

• Oversee more than 25 tables on the main gaming floor, offering Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, and other minor games
• Maintain correct gaming procedures and rules
• Handle financial transactions accurately, including bets and payouts, while maintaining a secure and efficient gaming environment
• Smoothly operate games with efficient game pace, game security, and cash or chip transactions

More about you

• Strong customer service focus and a collaborative team player
• An eye for detail and excellent communication skills
• Must possess a high standard of chip work and strong mental arithmetic ability
• Previous experience as a dealer in a gaming or casino environment, with competency in one major game as a minimum requirement
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, Responsible Service of Gambling certificate, and Casino Operative Licence

Remuneration: Base hourly rate of $35.73 plus penalties and allowances for hours worked.
