Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Management of own client portfolio and directly communicating with clients including preparation of BAS & Compliance for groups and individual entities

Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

Provide general accounting and taxation advice to clients

Research and interpret taxation and other relevant legislation and rulings to clients

Manage the flow of information between the clients and the company

Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency of processes

Keep up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends by participating in internal trainings and initiating self readings available from resources provided by professional and government bodies

Help contribute in building a culture of open communication and high performance, professionalism and continuous improvement

Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures

Support the values and behaviours that will drive the company's vision and strategy.
