We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our client's team, acting as the technical authority for their most complex and strategic projects. You will be responsible for translating intricate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solutions built on the Microsoft stack.

This is a hands on role where you will own the end to end solution design, from initial concept and stakeholder workshops through to guiding the delivery team. You will be the bridge between the client's vision and the technical reality, ensuring every solution is built as good as can be.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design enterprise grade solutions leveraging the full power of the Microsoft Cloud.
• Act as the senior technical authority on projects, with a deep focus on Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform.
• Architect and design scalable integration solutions connecting disparate systems, using azure integration services.
• Develop technical documentation, high level designs, and strategic roadmaps for complex technology transformations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.
• Tackle challenging data integration, workflow automation (Flows), and security problems within large-scale, complex environments.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in an Integration Specialist or Solution Architect role, working within complex enterprise environments.
  
• Deep, hands on expertise across the modern Microsoft technology stack.
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including designing solutions using its IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS components.
  
• Proven experience in data integration, using tools like Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Dataverse, or other enterprise integration platforms.
  
• Proven experience (demonstrable) architecting solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform, with specific expertise in Power Automate (Flows), or Dynamics 365.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
