About the role

We are seeking a driven and professional Front Desk Officer to join our thriving real estate agency in Southport, Queensland. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This full-time position offers a dynamic and engaging work environment where you can put your exceptional customer service skills to use.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and assisting clients, both in person and over the phone

Managing the reception area, including answering enquiries, scheduling appointments and directing visitors

Providing administrative support to the team

Liaising with external contractors as needed

Performing general office duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry

After you have obtained the real estate letting licence, you will conduct rental property inspections and tenancy application checks.

What we're looking for

You need to obtain the real estate letting licence in a couple of months.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and professional service

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software

A positive, friendly and proactive attitude

A demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
