About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Automotive Service Advisor & Office Support person to join our friendly team. This position offers a mix of front-of-house customer service and general office administration, supporting both the workshop and management team.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and manage service bookings (phone, email, and in-person)

Prepare job cards, quotes, and invoices

Communicate with technicians to provide job updates

Order parts and liaise with suppliers

Maintain accurate records and assist with general admin duties

Support the day-to-day operations of the office

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

Experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service/admin role

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A professional and friendly manner with customers and team members

Strong computer skills (experience with workshop management software preferred)

A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail

Automotive industry experience is highly desirable, but we are open to training the right person who shows initiative and enthusiasm.
