About the Role

As a Support Worker with Holistic Care Aus, you’ll be part of a team that truly makes a difference.
You’ll support participants in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals, build confidence, and live life their way.

Your day may include:

Providing personal care, meal preparation, and household support

Assisting with community access, transport, and social participation

Supporting skill development and independence-building activities

Implementing positive behaviour support strategies (with training provided)

Working collaboratively with families, carers, and allied health professionals

Upholding dignity, respect, and person-centred care in all interactions

We have immediate shifts available across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains — with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

About You

You’re caring, dependable, and love making a genuine impact in people’s lives. You bring heart, empathy, and a professional attitude to everything you do.

You’ll bring:

Experience in disability support, aged care, or community services (preferred)

A genuine passion for helping others and empowering independence

Reliability, integrity, and strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR certification

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support or similar (desirable but not essential)
