Your role your impact

We’re on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker (new or experienced) qualified with a with a min Cert III in Aged Care, to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of older adults.

As part of our Home Care Packages program, you’ll have the opportunity to provide tailored, high-quality support that empowers clients to live their best, most independent lives.

Empowering Independence: Delivering personalized support to help older adult clients maintain and grow their independence, ensuring they lead fulfilling and enriched lives.

Making a Positive Impact: Implementing individual service plans, healthcare plans, and positive behavior support strategies to promote well-being and quality of life.

Creating Connection: Offering companionship, engaging conversation, and emotional support, while assisting with personal care needs in the comfort of the client's home.

Helping with Travel: Assisting clients with transportation to important appointments, making sure they stay connected and supported in their healthcare journey.

Who we are looking for

If you have experience working as a Support Worker, are qualified with a Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support or related field, and enjoy variety in your day, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!

Minimum Cert III Qualification in Aged Care, or Individual Support (must have completed aged care components).

Preferred experience working as a support worker (on job training provided).

The ability to follow and implement individual service plans, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans.

A desire to use your skills and experience creating fun and interesting activities that support older adults to engage more consistently with their community and peers.

A valid driver’s licence.
