Swale Industries is a well-established Mechanical & Fabrication Engineering Business based in Macksville, NSW. We specialise in machining, fabrication, repairs, and maintenance across a wide range of industries — from automotive, agricultural to heavy equipment and customised government projects.

Due to company growth we are currently seeking a qualified or experienced Machinist to join our growing team.

About the Role:

Operating manual lathes, mills, and other precision CNC machinery

Fabrication, modification, and repair of mechanical parts and components

Reading and interpreting CAD / Fusion drawings

Working on a variety of projects — no two days are the same

Ensuring accuracy, safety, and high-quality standards in every job

About You:

Trade qualified Machinist (or significant industry experience)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in your work

Welding or fitting experience.
