About the Role

You’ll be working closely with the company director, acting as their “right hand.”
Your duties will include:

Assisting in managing commercial HVAC projects (both residential and commercial)

Providing administrative and scheduling support

Communicating with clients, suppliers, and trades

Helping with site visits, deliveries, and documentation

Learning and growing into a full Project Manager role

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable

Keen to learn and build a long-term career in the HVAC/project management field

Organised, with strong communication and time management skills

Knowledge of MS office suite, Procore, Salesforce

Practical and hands-on, not afraid to get involved on site

A good driver, with a full NSW driver’s licence

Holds (or is willing to obtain) any required certifications/qualifications for site work (e.g. White Card, etc.)
