About the opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to expand their experience in event travel logistics and meetings. This challenging role is deadline-driven and fast-paced so we are looking for an experienced event professional who is agile and solutions focused.

Duties include

Manage all administration including invoice processing, budget tracking, meeting agendas, and project plans

Manage the meeting compliance process to ensure events are delivered on time.

Creative incentive itineraries for a varied client base.

Manage all stakeholders and keep them updated on the progress of the event

End to end budget control and negotiation, contract negotiation and management

Management of online registration websites

Management of third-party suppliers, agencies, and all internal product areas

You will need

Must have some experience in corporate events and conferences, having worked either agency or inhouse

Proficient with Event Management Software such as Events Air

Knowledge / Experience in Group Air, considered an advantage

Strong financial management and negotiation skills including budget development and analysis
