All Road Transport are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Night Shift Operations Debrief Officer to join our high-performing transport team. Key Responsibilities:

· Communicating with drivers pre-and post-shift to ensure accurate delivery records, gather feedback, and confirm completion of required paperwork.

· Monitoring GPS data and run sheets to track and trace load progress, assess delivery performance, and ensure route compliance and efficiency

· Identifying and promptly reporting delivery delays, discrepancies, or service issues to the appropriate external/internal teams for timely resolution.

· Coordinating independently with operations, planning and customer service as needed to resolve delivery challenged and address customer queries during night shift.

· Monitoring fleet activity and driver’s welfare/status throughout night shift.

· Completing urgent or short-notice deliveries when required, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction

· Coordinating responses to vehicle breakdowns, including contacting support or recovery services and keeping customers informed.

· Documenting vehicle incidents and breakdowns, follow up on corrective actions, and updating relevant documents.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in transport or logistics

· Valid Australian working rights

· Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· High attention to detail and data accuracy

Highly Regarded:

· Valid Forklift Licence

· Valid MC Licence
