Lead clinical care delivery, evaluation and best-practice standards

Partner with residents/families for safe, person-centred care

About you

AHPRA Registered Nurse

3+ years clinical leadership in a large residential aged care home

Strong compliance/governance and care-planning expertise

Confident people leader with budget/resource management experience

Integrity, curiosity, and a passion for lifting care outcomes
