What we’re looking for:

• RN with minimum 3 years’ experience in a Director of Nursing / Facility Management position
• A bold leader who enjoys challenge, thrives in change, and can inspire teams.
• Strong clinical, operational, and budget management skills.
• Passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional resident care.
