About the Role

We are looking for a highly engaged and hands on Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day retail operations of our Frewville store.

To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing teams, a strong eye for merchandising and attention to detail. You will be responsible for executing rosters and managing rosters on a day-to-day basis. You will have a passion for community Pharmacy, beauty, health and exceed in delivering outstanding customer service.

What you will bring:

The ideal candidate will have significant retail experience preferably within Pharmacy, you will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to create relationships with Team Members, customers and suppliers.

Experience: You have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in customer service, stock management, and leading a successful team.

Leadership: You excel at motivating teams to exceed KPIs, delivering exceptional service, and fostering a positive, productive workplace.

Communication: Your interpersonal and communication skills are second to none, allowing you to manage staff effectively and ensure a smooth workflow.

Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for stock control, marketing standards, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Problem Solver: You can think on your feet, resolve conflicts, and ensure the store operates efficiently and successfully.
