Store Manager - Tools & Equipment Retail Leader
Location: Seaford
Salary: $90K - $95K + Super + Bonuses + Shares
Roster: 38 hours per week, rotating roster with 1 in 3 weekends

About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including retail sales and warehouse goods handling. Leading a team of 15 staff, including 2 Assistant Store Managers and supervisors, you'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.
What You Will Do
Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction.
Manage retail and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and seamless service delivery.
Drive sales and achieve KPIs through strong people leadership and strategic planning.
Oversee inventory management, including goods inward/outward processes.
Implement performance management strategies to develop team members and improve outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in retail management, ideally within tools or equipment retail or a tools-related trade background.
Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing large teams and performance management.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales and operational targets.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of tools and equipment, and a passion for providing expert advice and customer service.
