About the Role:
We're seeking an inspiring and commercially minded Store Manager to lead our vibrant West Lakes boutique. This store enjoys strong foot traffic, a loyal customer base, and a motivated team, offering you the perfect platform to shine.
As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, creating an engaging, high-performance culture that drives sales, elevates customer experiences, and upholds the brand's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and trust
* Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, and promotional execution

* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (jewellery, fashion, or premium products ideal)
