About the role

We are seeking an outstanding Receptionist to join our team at Australian Motor Homes in Bennetts Green. We are a long established family owned business. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

What you'll be doing

Professionally and warmly greeting all customers and visitors, both in person and on the phone

Efficiently handling all incoming phone calls, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members or taking detailed messages

Providing administrative support such as managing the office diary, courtesy bus, sale of spare parts and banking of daily till takings

Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times

Assisting with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the RV or motor vehicle industry

Willingness to learn and ability to search for information

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and colleagues

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft and Outlook.

A friendly, professional and helpful demeanour with a positive customer focused attitude

Must hold current drivers licence

ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some Saturday overtime.
