We are currently seeking a Casual or Permanent Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team in North Sydney.

Another position is available in the Lane cove.

To be considered you must have:

A high level of professionalism, excellent telephone manner, strong computer skill and abilities in dealing with various people in a complex environment.

Experience in a medical or radiology practice will be highly regarded.

A caring attitude that enjoys being part a team and a genuine care for patients.

About the role:

Training provided by a friendly and supportive team.

Answering the phone, welcoming and managing patients appointment

Booking appointments and providing information about the radiology procedures to patients.

Ability for learn fast and accurate typing.

Greeting of patients on arrival of appointment

Communication with medical practices, liaising with referrers, and patients.

Managing invoicing/receipting including Medicare billing.
