Full Stack Software Engineer - EdTech Innovation

We're working with a pioneering global EdTech company that's transforming higher education by breaking down learning barriers and empowering students worldwide. Their platform delivers high-quality learning and assessment experiences to students, helping them graduate with the skills to make a meaningful impact.
As their recruitment partner, we're seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a mission-driven product in a fast-paced, cohesive startup environment.

What You'll Do:

• Own features end-to-end: from problem definition to architecture, development, and deployment.
• Make critical technical and business decisions, balancing performance, scalability, UX, and value.
• Build robust GraphQL APIs and core subsystems.
• Shape the codebase and contribute to a culture of ownership, curiosity, and practical problem-solving.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong front-end skills with React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and modern styling systems.
• Backend proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks. Experience with Elixir is a bonus, but polyglots are welcome.
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.
• A genuine passion for programming, tinkering, and continuous learning.
