The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer who is self-driven, detail oriented and takes pride in developing innovative purpose-driven software. We want someone who isn’t just seeking a job, but a long-term career where their expertise, initiative and integrity are truly valued.

Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with our inhouse development team to facilitate ongoing innovative software development for The Southgate Group.

Your responsibilities and skills

Front-End:

Proficiency in .NET desktop front-end frameworks: WinForms, and WPF

Strong and proven working experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON

Experience building responsive and user-friendly interfaces

Experience using Flutter for mobile development is a bonus

Back-End:

Expertise in C# .NET Frameworks: Core and Framework, Restful API

Experience with SQL Server databases

Proficiency using ORM Frameworks, preferrable Entity Framework

Experience implementing secure authentication and authorisation using JWT and OAUTH preferred

General:

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git

Excellent Team work and communication skills

Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines

Minimum 3 years of .NET development experience designing, developing, and implementing web-based software solutions

Ability to handle internal support enquiries

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Telerik suite of products

Experience using Azure Cloud services

AI integration experiences is a bonus

VB.NET experience

Experience with Blazor
