About the Role:

As Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, service-first experience for every customer. You’ll lead from the front—driving store performance, mentoring your team, and overseeing all facets of daily operations, including the management of high stock volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated team
• Create a welcoming and customer-focused in-store experience
• Oversee store operations including stock control, rostering, and compliance
• Effectively manage high stock volumes and ensure accurate inventory processes
• Drive performance to meet and exceed sales and service targets
• Maintain high store standards in visual merchandising and presentation
• Ensure the store is safe, well-organised, and operating efficiently

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth and development
• A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
• Solid experience managing large volumes of stock and back-of-house operations
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills
• Physically capable of manual tasks such as stock movement and ladder use
