Assistant Property Manager
Chelsea/Seaford Area - 55K - 65K + Super

As an Assistant PM/Inspections Manager you will be responsible for conducting routines, entries and OFI's for a well oiled property management division. Join a well run team of 15+ staff and one of the best brands in the industry to work for!

Work 5 days a week, Mon-Fri with minimal weekends. Parking provided free on site.

JOB DUTIES:
- Conduct open for inspections / property inspections using the company car
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Provide admin/office duties as required to support the property management team
- Leasing as required

- 1st Year Salary of up to $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Their Victoria Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent
- Solid understanding of property management with proven experience
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
