Working for a large, structured established real estate office, with great training, support, free local parking and a moderate portfolio to manage! Dream role.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of circa 100 properties no more than 10km from the Armadale office
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio as required
- Lease renewals, do condition reports and inspections as required with support
- Anything else as deemed necessary for portfolio management

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $55,000 - $65,000 + Super

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- MUST have Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
