The Role

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, the Graduate Electrical Engineer will support the full lifecycle of multiple projects — from design and procurement through to construction delivery — involving both civil and electrical scope.
This role offers a strong balance of office-based technical work and hands-on site experience, ideal for someone looking to accelerate their practical engineering and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the review and coordination of Design & Construction drawings

Support tender preparation and estimating activities

Manage material procurement and supplier coordination

Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports

Assist with on-site management of civil and electrical crews

Monitor progress and contribute to project tracking and reporting

Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to support project outcomes

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management tools

A proactive, hands-on attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
