The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Sydney team. In this role, you will support the planning, scheduling, and execution of PV and BESS projects across residential, commercial, and industrial applications, ensuring technical excellence, alignment with project objectives, and compliance with industry standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a degree in Electrical Engineering or at least 1 year of relevant industry experience who is eager to contribute to cutting-edge renewable energy infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

● Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of PV and BESS projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives.

● Contribute to customer-focused project delivery, ensuring solutions meet client expectations.

● Support the integration of multi-disciplinary aspects within electrical HV infrastructure design.

● Assist in conducting power flow, fault protection, and earthing studies for power system designs.

● Provide technical input and knowledge-sharing for engineering decision-making processes.

● Help maintain quality standards for engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations.

● Stay informed on emerging energy technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance outcomes.

● Support the development and maintenance of design templates and best engineering practices.

● Demonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 1+ year of relevant experience.

Practical knowledge in solar system design, BESS, and electrical infrastructure.

Familiarity with power systems analysis tools (e.g., load flow, fault, protection, earthing studies).

Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards and industry regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar electrical design software.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
