About the Position

My client is seeking an employment Lawyer for a role which is focused on conducting workplace investigations. In the role, you will work with Partners who are ex-top tier lawyers. You will conduct witness interviews and deliver written reports and legal advices. The role can be done full-time or part-time (3-4 dys/wk).

About You

My client is flexible on the PQE level and would look at anyone with 2-10 years of post-admission experience in employment law. You are a skilled communicator, able to conduct witness interviews, and can deliver written reports and legal advices. As well, you will be people-focused and contribute to a collegial and friendly work environment.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone with:

2-10 years of post-admission experience in employment law and/or workplace investigations. The investigations experience is not essential but a nice to have.

Excellent communication and well-developed written skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct witness interviews confidently and in a sensitive way when required.
