Key Responsibilities

Prepare and produce bakery products to Bakery standards

Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and presentation expectations

Weigh, mix, and prepare doughs and fillings

Operate bakery equipment and ovens safely and efficiently

Decorate products with glazes, icings, and toppings

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Work collaboratively with the team to meet production schedules

About You

Trade-qualified baker or minimum 3 years’ baking experience (preferred)

Flexible availability across 7 days, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Positive attitude and genuine team spirit

Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills

Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
