Position title : SAP S/4HANA Environment Health & Safety Business Analyst
Contract : 13 month + likely extension
Location : Brisbane CBD (Hybrid)
Open to interstate candidates if open to relocate to Brisbane

About the role :The SAP Business Analyst will be responsible for the identification and analysis of all aspects of the EH&S process landscape, including functional scope, data migration, integration, and alignment with regulatory and operational requirements

Required skills and competencies :

• Experience in EH&S systems, SAP EH&S modules (Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Industrial Hygiene & Safety, Waste Management) and integration with SAP EAM.
• Skilled in conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops, aligning business processes with SAP S/4HANA best practices, and achieving stakeholder consensus.
• Familiar with SAP Signavio for modelling, analysing, and optimising EH&S processes.
• Experience with configuration, implementation, and integration of other leading EH&S platforms.
• Proven ability to analyse, advise, and deliver outcomes aligned with customer expectations and strategic goals.
• Capable of translating EH&S business needs into functional requirements and user stories aligned with safety, compliance, and sustainability objectives.
• Experienced in designing systems that enhance end-user experience for incident management, hazardous substance tracking, environmental monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Focused on aligning EH&S solutions with strategic organisational outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in delivering EH&S initiatives that meet regulatory and business expectations across SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Experienced in collaborating with EH&S vendors, system integrators, stakeholders, and ICT teams.
