Our client, a federal government department, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to undertake research, discovery and analysis of business requirements, to scope, design and implement an online Program and Project Management and Reporting Tool (PPMRT).

Duties of a Senior Business Analyst

• Conduct a thorough review of current project management processes, reporting, and frameworks.
• Document current and future state workflows to inform system design and change strategies.
• Develops graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
• Develop detailed business requirements documents, including functional and non-functional specifications.

Skills and experience required

• Conducts advanced modelling activities for significant change programmes and across multiple business functions.
• Experience with people-centred product design
• Understands client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.
• Extensive knowledge of organisation-specific techniques.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
