WPE is a fast-growing national transport and logistics company with depots across Australia. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, proactive problem solver to join our team as an IT & Systems Coordinator — someone who can keep our systems running smoothly, help our team with day-to-day IT issues, and drive digital improvements across the business.

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to person for all things tech at WPE. This role is hands-on but also strategic — ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, implementing better systems, and helping a growing business run more efficiently through technology.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide first-line support for IT issues across our depots and office teams

Manage and maintain user accounts, hardware, and software setups

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and reports

Help implement and optimise key systems (e.g. TransVirtual, Salesforce, SafetyCulture, Power BI)

Work closely with operations and management to automate processes and improve data flow

Coordinate with external IT providers for network, security, and system upgrades

Support technology rollouts and staff training

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced with Power BI, Microsoft 365, and general IT administration

Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Curious and proactive — someone who enjoys finding better ways to do things

Able to communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech people

Organised, reliable, and happy to get hands-on when needed

Preferred but not essential:

Experience with logistics, warehousing, or transport software (e.g. TMS, CRM, ERP)

Basic understanding of automation tools or data integrations (e.g. Power Automate, APIs)
