Our client is a one of Sydney's most creative events agencies. This company specialises in producing large scale events and exhibitions for a range of well known organisations. They are a wonderful team with a fun and engaging culture. They are seeking a part-time Office Manager to work with them on the days they are in the office which is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday weekly. This role reports into their Operations Manager.

We are seeking an outgoing, up beat person who will shape the experience that clients, staff and visitors have when they walk through the door. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, resourceful and solution orientated who excels in a fast paced, collaborative environment. You role would be to oversee the daily operations of the Sydney studio to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. This would involve greeting visitors and suppliers, maintaining meetings rooms, maintaining stock levels and procurement. You would manage supplier relationships, support the leadership team, collaborate with IT, maintain building access and security processes, process invoices and support budgets, maintain studio policies and more.

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience as an Office Manager or a similar administrative/operational role.

We are seeking:

Ideally 1-2 years experience as an Office Manager/or similar administration or operational role.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with great eye for detail

Excellent communication skills

Experience in managing vendor relationships

Familiar with managing workplace safety, compliance and emergency procedures

Comfortable working in a fast paced agency

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Enthusiastic about workplace culture and enhancing the workplace experience

Committed to inclusion, sustainability and collaborative ways of working

The official office hours are 8.30am-5.30pm however they are open earlier start / finish or later start / finish for anyone needing to drop off / collect children.
