TRIGGER PLUMBING PTY LTD are looking for a full-time office, admin staff member.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of administration/office experience.
This position is open to Australian citizens only.
We are a small, growing plumbing company working in the building & solar industry.
You will be tasked with general administration & office duties including-
Invoicing
Invoicing experience is preferred but not essential.
Stock orders
Staff/apprentice management
Payroll
Payroll processing experience is preferred but not essential.
Data entry
Plumbing & Electrical certificates.
Scheduling
Improving current systems
Taking/making calls.
Running errands
You will be shown, taught your daily tasks, data entry by current staff over a couple of weeks if required.
Successful candidate will be paid a weekly wage, plus super.
