Geelong Mobile Podiatry is looking for a super organised and friendly Admin Support Officer to join our team on a casual basis. We're a small, tight-knit group focused on providing excellent podiatry care to our wonderful clients right across the Geelong area.
If you've got a great eye for detail, love a bit of variety, and are ready to jump into a role where you can learn a ton on the job, this could be for you!
The Details:
Role: Casual Admin Support Officer
Location: Hybrid! A mix of working from home (WFH) and our office in Belmont, Geelong.
Hours: Casual engagement (no firm commitment to ongoing hours). We are looking for between 10-20 hours of work to be offered each week.
Shifts: 4-6 hour shifts, generally between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Pay: $35-38 per hour
What You'll Be Doing:
This role is all about supporting our Podiatrists and keeping the clinic running smoothly, whether you're at home or in the office. Your main tasks will include:
Client Communication: Answering phone calls, managing emails, and being the friendly first point of contact for our clients.
Scheduling: Booking, confirming, and managing client appointments to keep our clinicians' days running on time.
Data Entry: Accurately entering client and appointment information into our clinical software.
General Support: Filing, preparing documents, and other general admin tasks as needed (primarily office-based tasks done in Belmont).
Who We're Looking For:
You absolutely DON'T need previous admin experience! We're happy to teach the right person.
What's most important to us is your attitude and work ethic:
Attention to Detail is a MUST: Accuracy in client details and scheduling is critical.
Growth Mindset: You're keen to learn new systems and processes, and you're not afraid to ask questions.
Reliable and Proactive: You take initiative and can manage your time well in a small-team environment.
Computer Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer tasks.
WFH Essentials: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a suitable, quiet, and private area to work from home to ensure professional phone calls and client confidentiality.
Bonus Points (but definitely not essential!):
Experience in Health Administration or a Healthcare background.
Familiarity with clinical management software (like Cliniko).
