We currently seek an Energetic and Well Organised Candidate for the role of Internal Sales Coordinator, based in our Bibra Lake Office.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for acting as a first point of contact for VIKING clients either via e-mail or on the telephone.
To succeed, you will be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders at a global level. You must also be able to manage multiple activities at the same time while determining priorities.
Our next Sales Coordinator is a key position within VIKING and integral to the company's growth strategy.
The daily duties of our Sales Coordinator include:
Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations in a timely manner
Coordinate order processing and fulfilment to meet delivery schedules
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
Update and maintain customer data in SAP/CRM
Resolve customer issues and requests
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and contractual terms
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Have great communication skills.
Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Have great time management skills
Have the ability to adapt to ever changing schedules and deadlines
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
High level of computer skills in Windows based programs
Have previous experience in sales or customer service
The following is desirable, but not essential:
Previous experience in SAP systems
Experience in the oil and gas sector
