We are seeking a full time Office Administrator/Accounts person to join our 4WD parts business that will be committed to a long term position for an immediate start.

Have a pleasant disposition when dealing with staff & clients.
Experience Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
Experience with MYOB or similar
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Greeting walk in clients
Respond to and manage customer emails,
Prepare customer invoices in MYOB
Organise order shipping and labels, including collecting some orders from around the warehouse.
Assist with the accounts
Ordering and purchasing supplies and products.
Receipting customers invoices when paid.
Receiving incoming goods and matching up purchases to delivery dockets.
Entering all purchases onto MYOB and scanning receipts into computer
Assist with Bank, Credit Card, Square and Pay Pal Reconciliations.
Assist with end of month procedures.
Requirements
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to investigate any discrepancies.
Self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a close knit team.
MYOB or similar experience.
High-quality data entry skills and experience with Office software
Professional, friendly and confident demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to anticipate and meet deadlines.
Immediate start.
An interest and understanding of 4WD vehicles would be beneficial.
