We’re looking for a Programs & Events Coordinator who shares that same energy. Someone who’s organised and creative, but also kind, approachable, and full of great ideas. In this role, you’ll be the person who brings our programs, community events, and experiences to life. This includes group activities, creative workshops, STA and respite trips, social catch ups, and plenty more.

You’ll plan, coordinate, and deliver experiences that help people feel included, connected, and confident. You’ll work closely with our Client Services and Rostering teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and reflects what matters most to the participants we support.

This role is hands-on, people-focused, and never boring. One day you might be organising a group outing, the next you could be mapping out an STA weekend away or planning a new creative program idea. You’ll also take care of the behind-the-scenes parts that keep everything running well, like logistics, communication, promotion, and making sure our programs are safe, fun, and NDIS aligned.
