My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support senior leadership in a dual Executive Assistant and Office Manager capacity. This hybrid role combines executive support with hands-on office coordination, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.
Your new role
- Provide high-level support to the Managing Director and executive leadership team
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Oversee office operations, building maintenance, and contractor management
- Lead event planning for internal functions and staff engagement activities
- Maintain administrative systems and support cross-functional collaboration
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years in senior administration or EA role
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing vendors, facilities, and budgets
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
