We’re on the lookout for an experienced Service Advisor to join our dedicated team

at Mt Pritchard Automotive Service Centre. Our workshop is busy and well-

established, with 11 bays, a great reputation, and a loyal customer base.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a front-of-house role, managing

customer relationships and daily service operations in a supportive, fast-paced

environment.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and manage service bookings using MechanicDesk

Provide accurate job quotes and explain repair details clearly

Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers

Order parts, manage timelines, and follow up on service jobs

Deliver top-tier customer service and ensure a smooth workshop operation

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar automotive role is

essential

Strong communication and organisational skills

Familiarity with MechanicDesk or similar workshop software

Customer-first mindset and ability to work under pressure

Enthusiastic team player with strong multitasking ability
